How do I reset the microphone?

In the event the microphone becomes unresponsive, you can reboot it by holding the button down until the LED turns off and then back on as white. This may take up to 45 seconds. Try this with the mic connected to the charge cable first. If after 45 seconds you don't see the light come on, then give the mic button a single press to see if it comes on. After this reset, if the mic is fully discharged, you may still need to leave it on charge for about 10 minutes until it responds. 

If the LED turns blue after you hold it down, this indicates that the mic is in pairing mode and may need to be re-paired with your iOS or Android device.
