For any app, mic, or account related issues, please submit a support request through the Audigo app as this will enable our team to provide the fastest response time. To do this, launch the Audigo app, tap on the button in the upper left hand corner and select “Report an Issue”.
Otherwise, you can submit a support request by tapping the red "?" button in the lower right corner of this page or sending an email to support@audigolabs.com.
Customer support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST, with limited availability on weekends (times may vary).
