For any app, mic, or account related issues, please submit a support request through the Audigo app as this will enable our team to provide the fastest response time. To do this, launch the Audigo app and go to Settings > Report an Issue.
Otherwise, you can submit a support request by clicking the "Help" button in the lower right corner or sending an email to support@audigolabs.com.
Customer support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST, with limited availability on weekends (times may vary).
