To charge your Audigo mic, please use a USB-C cable and a USB charging brick plugged into a wall outlet. We recommend using the included USB-C cable since it has been tested for proper functionality, but other USB-C cables may work as well.
The mic LED light will pulse amber when it is charging and turn to solid amber to indicate that it is fully charged. The solid amber LED will remain on until the mic is unplugged from the cable and goes into sleep mode or is turned off by holding down the power button for 5 seconds.
If the mic battery is completely drained, the LED may not come on at all for a few minutes. If the LED does not come on after a few minutes, check to make sure the charging cable and power source are functioning properly.
If the mic is completely discharged, a full charge should take around 2 hours.
If after charging, your mic is still unresponsive, please try a hard reset of the firmware to see if it resolves your issue. To do this, leave the mic on the charge cable and press and hold the button on the front of the mic for 30-45 seconds or until the light turns on to indicate that your mic is responsive. If after 45 seconds you don't see the light come on, then please give the mic button a single press to see if it comes on. After this reset, you may still need to leave it on charge for about 10 minutes until it responds.
If you continue to have an issue, please contact support@audigolabs.com.
