If you're having issues signing in or reseting your password, please identify your issue below and follow the suggested steps.
Note: Prior to 4/9/26, our system was case-sensitive — JohnSmith@email.com was different from johnsmith@email.com. If you created your account before that date, please check to ensure that you are using the correct capitalization when signing in.
I can’t sign in to the Audigo Studio app
If you’re trying to access the Audigo Studio app and can’t get in you can use either of the following options on the sign in screen of the app:
Tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen to reset your password.
Or tap “Email me a sign in link” to receive a one-time login link.
Important: The emailed reset password or sign in link must be opened on the same mobile device where the request was made, and that device must have the Audigo Studio app installed.
If you get an error while clicking on one of these links, please also check that you are using Safari as your browser. You may need to copy the URL from the email and paste it into Safari if you are using a different default browser.
If you're still having trouble, contact support and include:
The email address you’re using
A note that you're having trouble signing into the mobile app
I can’t sign in to my web account at account.audigolabs.com
If you're already signed into the Audigo app but are having trouble accessing the user portal:
Open the Audigo app and go to
then tap "Account" to check the exact email address you're logged in with — including capitalization.
On account.audigolabs.com, enter that same email (with exact capitalization).
If you need to reset your password, use the “Reset password” option on the portal login page or use the "Sign in using email" option to get a one-time sign in link emailed to you.
Important: The emailed reset password or sign in link must be opened on the same device where the request was made.
If you're still having trouble, contact support and include:
The email address you’re using and the email address in Settings > Account of your Audigo app
A note that you're having trouble signing into the account management site
I clicked a login or reset link but it's not working
If you received a login or reset link but it doesn’t work:
Make sure you're opening the link on the same mobile device you used to request it.
Ensure the Audigo Studio app is installed on that device.
If you’re using an iPhone, open the link in Safari. Other mobile browsers may cause issues with the login flow.
