Please confirm the mic is charged by plugging it in with the USB-C cable to a charging source. The mic should show either a solid amber colored LED to indicate that it is fully charged or a pulsing amber LED to show it is charging. If the mic battery is completely drained, the LED may not come on at all for a few minutes. If the LED does not come on after a few minutes, check to make sure the charging cable and power source are functioning properly.
If your mic is completely unresponsive, try a hard reset of the firmware to see if it resolves your issue.
To do a hard power reset, press and hold the button on the front of the mic for 30-45 seconds or until the light turns on to indicate that your mic is responsive. Try this with the mic connected to the charge cable first. If after 45 seconds you don't see the light come on, then give the mic button a single press to see if it comes on. After this reset, if the mic is fully discharged, you may still need to leave it on charge for about 10 minutes until it responds.
