How do I use Soundcheck?

Use Soundcheck before recording to ensure audio levels are properly set on your Audigo mic(s).
In a new project, tap the Soundcheck button near the bottom right of the screen.

Adjust the gain slider so the colored level indicator never enters the yellow or red zones while the sound source is active, testing it with the loudest expected sounds in your recording.

If the sound meter is in the red or yellow, slide down the gain until the sound source is only in the green. Alternatively, reduce the volume of the sound source or move the mic further away from the source.

These steps are not mandatory for starting a recording, though they are designed to help achieve the best quality results.

Note: After completing the soundcheck, press the red record button to start a test recording and check the set levels.
