If you are having issues with transferring files or are receiving timeout errors while attempting to transfer, please try the following, re-attempting the transfer after each step:
Turn off your mic and restart the app, then turn on your mic
Move your mic and phone closer together
If you have connected your home Wi-Fi network in the app, move the app and mic closer to your home Wi-Fi router
If you are still unable to transfer and you are using multiple mics, try to connect and transfer from one mic at a time, following these steps:
Go to the Mics screen of the app by tapping the
icon in the upper right corner
Disconnect all of the mics by turning them off
Turn on and reconnect one mic
Re-attempt the file transfers from that one mic
Turn off and disconnect that mic
Repeat the process for all remaining mics
If you are continuing to experience issues, please submit a support request through the Audigo Studio app as this will enable our team to provide the fastest response time. To do this, launch the app, tap the in the upper left hand corner of the Project List screen and select “Report an Issue”.
