Transferring recordings from the mic to the app is slow.

If transferring recordings is taking a longer time than expected, make sure the mic is close to the phone and restart the app to refresh the connection between the mic and app. If you are still experiencing slow transfer times, restart your phone and then submit a support request through the app by tapping the button in the upper left hand corner and selecting “Report an Issue”.
