If you just received Audigo and are attempting to get things set up for the first time, please follow the steps outlined here.
If you are setting up your existing Audigo mic with a new iOS or Android device, please follow the steps outlined here.
If you have had the Audigo app and mic set up for a while, but are having issues getting your mic and app to connect when you launch the app, please try the following:
- Forget the mic from the app.
- Launch the Audigo app and tap
in the upper right corner to go to the Mics menu. If the mic is listed, tap
next to it and select “Forget this Device"
- Launch the Audigo app and tap
- Quit the Audigo app
- Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and forget the mic from there
- In iOS, tap
next to the mic name and select "Forget This Device"
- In iOS, tap
- Put the mic into pairing mode by pressing the button on the mic until the light is blue
- This may take up to 20 seconds, and you may see light go White --> Off --> White --> Blue.
- Re-launch the Audigo app
- Tap
in the upper right corner and then
- Tap on the mic name to pair it again
For iOS devices, if you declined the Local Network access permission during the set-up process, go to Settings > Apps in your device and select Audigo. Then ensure that the Local Network permission is turned on as shown below.

If you are still having trouble, please submit a support request through the app by tapping the button in the upper left hand corner and selecting “Report an Issue”.
