Setting up with a new phone? Go here.
If not using a new phone please check the following:
- Make sure your iPhone’s Bluetooth and WiFi are both turned on.
- Make sure the microphone is turned on by pressing the round metal button on the right side of the front of the mic. Prior to setup, the rectangular LED light on the left of the mic will be blue when turned on. Once connected and powered on the LED light will be white and then turn red while recording.
- Make sure the microphone is within a foot of your phone when connecting.
- After set-up, the mic and app should connect automatically. If they do not, you can tap the small white mic icon in the upper right of the app to bring up the “tap to connect” screen. Tap on the large image of the mic in the center of the screen to connect.
- If you declined the Local Network access permission during the set-up process, go to Settings in your iPhone and scroll down to where your apps are listed and tap Audigo. Then select Local Network and tap the switch button so it becomes green.
